My name is Katie; I am a wife and mother who loves doing art and photography. I've always loved to do both, even as a little girl. My mother would do crafts with my siblings and me all the time, and my dad would paint with us. Whenever we went anywhere, I would beg my parents for a camera, and then I would take pictures of the sky and rocks. I didn't realize that I wanted to become a photographer until I took a class in college for fun. I fell in love with photography all over again and quit my fast food job to start my career in taking photographs.

I love to capture those special little moments that make someone smile and being able to give that to them for them to look on for years to come brings me so much joy. I've always believed that a picture should make someone smile when they look at it. I love meeting new people and getting to know them, and what they like, what kind of things have special meaning to them or a story for them.

A little more about me; I love to spend my days outside and read/draw. I'm not into watching sports but I love playing them for fun with my friends and family. I grew up learning Martial Arts from my father and spent most of my time at his Karate school. On special occasions, we enjoy to go out for Asian food and sushi. My husband and I love to watch Disney animations with my daughter as well as gamers, artists, and photographers (like Jordan Matters and drawing wiff Waffles) on youtube to relax at the end of the day. Most of all, I love to spend time with my family by gathering around the table and playing games.
