Lawrence’s love for photography began over 10 years ago when he bought his first digital camera. While studying for his bachelor’s degree in new media and film, he upgraded to a more advanced camera, inspiring his interest in photography even more.

In 2005, Lawrence got his first DSLR camera. That year was he and his wife also celebrated the birth of their first child. It was then that Lawrence realized his love of photography had grown from an entertaining hobby to something he wanted invest his time into professionally. In 2006, Lawrence started working at Sutherland Weston Marketing Communications where he still works as a photographer, videographer, and web designer, honing his creative skills and constantly working behind a lens.

Lawrence’s second child was born in 2008, furthering his photojournalistic skills by providing yet another inspiration to capture every possible memory with a photo. He also photographed his first wedding that year, proving his photographic interests expanded into many realms. Always being behind a camera has given Lawrence the ability to quickly capture the genuine emotion of any moment.

In the spring of 2010, Lawrence received his Master’s degree in Fine Arts. He continues to pursue his passion for photography.
