My philosophy of photography is documentary photojournalism, combining traditional b&w 35mm film and digital photography. I have experience as a photojournalist in Vermont and Maine where most of my creative focus is rooted in telling stories through photographs as a way of capturing the lives of people through a unique perspective. I have a B.A. in Photography and Social Change from Burlington College and I am working towards an MFA.
